Similar to the Singapore Private Condominium Interactive Map, this map allows buyers to easily obtain several key information about HDB Resales (as shown below) while navigating around the area of interest.
1) No of resale transactions.
The bigger the bubble is, the higher the number of resale transactions for the specified area. If you hover around the bubble, you will be able to get to know the exact number of resale transactions.
2) Average transacted price ($psf)
The more affordable the specified area is, the more orange the box is. Similarly, the more expensive the area is, the more blue the box is.
Color changes from orange to blue when it cross the average $psf transacted ($438 psf) across all areas.
Fun fact: The most expensive HDB resales transaction in terms of $psf for the past 2 years (March 2018 to March 2020) is for a 5-room HDB flat at Cantonment Road.
3) Filter by flat type
With the filter, you could easily access information according to the flat type which you want (4 room, 5 room etc). The number of resale transactions together with the average transacted price ($psf) will change accordingly to the filter. Hence, you can easily find out what's the average transacted price ($psf) for 4 room flat in a particular specified area and made comparisons.
